The small everyday thing...I love this list so much. The small everyday things (I find) can be the biggest stress relievers; like giving thanks for something we'd ordinarily take for granted. And exercising, journaling, and listening to meditation always helps me, too. Last night I had a bout of insomnia, and I could have used that guided sleep meditation!
